If you connect one and the other doesn't connect then disconnect the first one and connect the second one first. I have mine connected to 2 devices at the same time. **Q: Answers not consistent for ear bud tip sizes. Do they come with a small size or not? And are there replacement smalls? Thanks!** A: It comes with 3 replacement bud sizes - large, medium & small. I have small ears & the medium buds are comfortable. Medium buds were on the ear set when I opened the box. The ANC is very good. **Q: how do I know if the ear buds are charging or when they are fully charged? The light is always off, unless plugged in to usb, when I put them in.** A: Whenever you put the earbuds in the case, The buds will charge themselves. No indicator is shown for that. But if the buds are drained and battery is low for both buds or the charging case the indicator light will turn red. When the case is connected to a usb for charging it blinks to show charging, and when its fully charged the light turns off.
