However, directions discourage the use of gel ink pens (which I put to the test) over the preferred ball-point, but I found both to work well in post-wet conditions (after time to cure). Unfortunately the all weather pens cost the Earth (ironically) and so I am grateful that even wax crayons will do the job, knowing how pens can just go missing.This is a notepad and that’s all anybody really needs it to be, but sometimes the design department gets bored, or it feel the heat from new competitors and begins to over-bloat their design with additional swiss-army-knife like functionality.
