Review: Made In - Much better than Hexclad plans. - I bought this after my Hexclad pans that I thought would not be lying about their hype but indeed they did, after 9 months - non-stick coating is failing, food sticking badly and hard to clean those stubborn food now.... So i decided to go back to stainless steel. After much reviewing of stainless steel pans, I decided to try Made In as they are 5 ply pans which are meant to be perform and boy does it perform. I bought this during prime deal and this is by the far the easiest stainless steel pan I've cooked with, I can cook on such a low gas setting and still get the leidenfrost affect to achieve the non-stick cooking experience - very impressive. Perfect heat distribution on shallow frying foods, one side is more cooked than the other. They look fantastic, great weight in the hand and the handle is perfect for my hands. I will definitely be completely replacing my entire cooking toolkit with these pans as the years come. Next will be the saucier.
Review: Worth the Money - I've been using this now anywhere from three to six times a week for months and it's the best pan I own. It hasn't warped and cooks everything perfectly. Google how to cook using stainless steel and practice a bit before giving up on it. There is a learning curve if you've only ever used non-stick pans.
