I have corresponded with the manufacturer and they recommend 18 VDC. I plan to use this at about 21.5 VDC (what a typical 24 VDC power supply can be turned down to), in which the manufacturer approved as an upper limit. To control the servo, you need to provide a PWM signal, which I think is available from an arduino. The PWM needs to be at 50-400 hz and have a pulse width from 500 usec to 2500 usec. Sorry for the remedial math here, but .5 to 2.5 milliseconds would be the correct pulse width to make this go from 0 to 360 degrees of rotation. I have tested this with inexpensive RC servo test devices and it definitely works. There is 5 VDC available for the signal input, so you could use an open collector output. If the arduino has a lower voltage, such as 3.33 VDC, I'm not sure if that would work, but the sales data on Amazon supports this. This servo is accurate and has a great deal of torque. With 21.5 VDC power applied I was able to get about 67 rpm out of it.
