The one thing i think would be great is if these had a battery option because although i like these, they really don't throw out the scent very far at all and are more for diffusing oils next to your bed or right next to your sitting area IMO. if they had battery option, we could move it around room to get more scent throughout the room.Both of mine now work perfectly however one did not blow out mist at all when i first set it up. Next day, I ended up figuring out that the fan located on bottom area was stuck in place. After i unstuck it, diffuser has worked fine (so far).4 stars only because the mist level just isn't enough to send regular essential oul scents far at all. i ended up putting one diffuser in front of dyson fan set on 2 today to help rosewood scent go farther than like 1-2 foot only. Perhaps very potent essential oil scents are best for diffuser, something lke NOW's geranium oil would probably smell up a room much better in a light mist diffusers like this one.update: the strong NOW geranium essential oil (2 drops) indeed does send scent around room well and even up our stairs without the need of a fan behind it, great safe oil choice for a quick cat poop odor coverup but, too perfumy smelling for my nose. Found that the decently priced (when bought on E..Y) lavender/rose/chamomile floral water/hydrosols by green health work awesome in these diffusers, these hydrosols puts out nice strong pleasant scents. 3/4 rose with 1/4 chamomile is an heavenly smelling scent in these diffusers! i actually bought another diffuser set when it was on lightning deal, now have one in each bedroom and one in main living area and one pit away so i always have a backup.Notice others have had leaking issues with theirs, all 3 of the ones i use have never leaked after my first one tried to do so once. i only fill it up to the line before max line and do not fill up to max line because it didn't/barely mist the first time i did and it splashed water drops into white/clear plastic openings beneath outer cover which perhaps is what is causing leaking for some people. Just what I was looking for. I've had it for almost a week. No signs of leaks. Works as soon as you turn it on. Super easy to use. I use essential oils and the aroma fills my whole first floor. I bought the 2 pack and have one in my daughter's room. She likes to play with the lights. She's 7 but I, personally would not let any younger kids around it. Just for the fact of having them tip it over. It's also very quiet. You can hear the water moving around a bit when you have on the 30 second on/off mode. It also auto shuts off when the water runs out, which is a great feature. The lights can be a little bright for some people but it's pretty subtle and soothing for my use. I took a picture of it next to a tissue box to show the size. I only wish the cord was a little longer to plug it in a different spot in my living room and that a darker wood finish was available. They run for about 8 hours and the two units keep both floors of my small home smelling lovely. There is however a difference between the two units I received, one works just as expected while the other is a wrestling match to both open and close. I am using them both each day so no issue there, same time frame and same oils. Both mist equally for the same time and both light shows are excellent. I just have a serious issue removing as well as replacing the cover on one.
