Headrest my package had a board that got disconnected - I pinned it with a finishing nail and it is useable again. Magazine rack was poorly made. I have been repairing it with "gorilla glue" and finishing nails as it came broken in three pieces. cup holders were received in the same condition broken in two pieces - but repairable. Overall it was worth the price in just the backrest and foot rest.
