I didnt have any trouble adjusting it to fit my eyes though I leave the eyecups off because they force a bit of extra distance between my eye and the eyepiece. I should start the rest of this by saying Amazon has sorted out the issues, but: supplied with a US style plug and non-switching 110v psu. Not legal in the UK to sell like this without a permanently installed adapter on the lead.
