Eduscho Gala is my personal favorite coffee in the world because it has a pure and true coffee flavor. Just opening the package is enough to make my mouth water and set my taste buds up for a beautiful cup of filtered greatness. It reminds me of every cup of coffee I have ever had in a German or Austrian Cafe and that's the best selling point I can think of. It's not over-roasted and doesn't pretend to be something it is not...it is simply a very fine coffee and that is what it was meant to be. No gimmicks, No trendy use of terminology, packaging or anything else that does not impact the flavor of this perfectly blended and roasted coffee.
