My Pictures is 1 of the folders Pictures Keeper searches by default. **Q: Why at the top does it day 4 gig or 8 gig, one review said 16 gig, but in the tech specs it says 320 gig?? I'm already using 64 gig cards in my camers** A: Hi - the reviews for all different sizes of Picture Keepers are lumped together. The software is the same regardless of the size. If you are using 64GB memory cards in your camera, you probably need a Pro. **Q: Can it get pictures off internal memory of my Android? I never put in memory card & I have over 500pics on it** A: Hi Laura- We have an Android app that can help you wirelessly transfer photos from your device to a computer for backup. If you contact our support via support@picturekeeper.com we can help you. Be sure to tell them you came from asking this question on Amazon. **Q: If you edit a photo (e.g., in Paint) and keep the original and the edited version, will Picture Keeper recognize both and not remove a duplicate?** A: Picture Keeper finds duplicates based on the content of the image, not the file name. If you have an edited version of a picture, and an original version of the picture, both versions will be saved. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by E***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 October 2014* Excellent product for storing photos off line. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by M***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 May 2016* Very easy to use, fast on USB3.0, plug in & start. removes all duplicates.
