**Q: Why is the price so steep?**
A: These puzzles are the best. Well made. Long lasting. Worth the extra dollars

**Q: What does large format mean?**
A: It means the pieces are slightly larger than the regular size pieces. I have tried both and either size is great to work with! I now buy either size if I really like the puzzle picture and want to do the "snack" size of 500 pieces. Enjoy!

A: Hi - if you choose to purchase NEW from Amazon, then you should receive a new puzzle.  There are often options to purchase used puzzles from third party sellers.

I love the quality of Ravensburger puzzles! They have great pictures, little to no sawdust, pieces fit well together, and with this 500-piece puzzle, the pieces are large, so it is easier to see the shapes, and how they might fit together, and not strain the eyes. I put this together in one night (but quite a few hours), so the 500-piece puzzles don't necessarily stretch out time-wise as other puzzles, but, other than the cost and quickly going through them, I prefer the 500-piece puzzles -- less time in separating pieces, ease on the eyes to see the shapes, and the ability to see more of the picture on each piece. It did not come with a blown-up poster of the picture as some puzzles do. The van door was probably the most difficult area, but this puzzle was not super-challenging. But, that is the type I enjoy most -- working a puzzle to relax and look at a pretty picture; not stressing out over pieces that are impossible to find. If that is what you look for in a puzzle, then I highly recommend this one!
