The pain would wake me up 5 to 6 times a night. Ibubrofen wasn't touching it! After a recommendation from a friend, I purchased a left and a right splint from this company. They arrived on Sunday and I wore them that night... It was like a miracle! NO PAIN! NONE! My 1st pain free nights sleep since October! I wore them Monday night with the same result, but woke an hour before my alarm was due to go off Tues morn, so I tried a little experiment and removed the splints, then settled back down...within 10 mins my right wrist started to become painful..Needless to say .I shall be wearing my splints every night! It has a metal plate inside it which keeps your hand and wrist at a suitable angle and adjusts to most wrist sizes really well. It is a little hard to clean.
