Free delivery on eligible orders of £20 or more. ## Features - An open chimney draws warm air out of the room and pulls cold draughts down, right through winter. This Herdwick wool pad sits in the flue above the fireplace, blocks that airflow, and the room warms up noticeably and holds its heat. - Wool felt stops the draught while still letting the chimney breathe, so it works on a disused fireplace without trapping damp or condensation behind it. It also keeps soot, dust and the odd stray bird out of the room. - Getting the size right is what makes it seal, and it's the usual reason for a return. Measure your opening front to back and side to side, then pick the size whose fit range matches. Round, square and oblong sizes are all covered. - It fits by hand in seconds, no tools, and sits neatly out of sight. Take it out before you light a fire, and the reminder tag hangs into the hearth so nobody forgets. Moth-proofed and reusable for years. It stores in the Chimney Sheep Wrap. - Made in Cumbria from British Herdwick fleece,. A natural, effective way to cut heat loss, and 10% of profit goes to Buy Land Plant Trees CIC. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00G48EU12 | | Best Sellers Rank | 44,551 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 263 in Fireplace Accessories | | Brand Name | Chimney Sheep | | Colour | Grey | | Country Of Origin | United Kingdom | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (331) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00700115980210 | | Included Components | Chimney Sheep 8 x 20 inch chimney draught excluder | | Item Highlight | Fits Openings 4-7in Deep by 16-19in Wide, Breathable Herdwick Felt, Lifts Out in Seconds | | Item Type Name | Chimney Draught Excluder | | Item Weight | 0.81 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Chimney Sheep | | Manufacturer Part Number | CSDE6 | | Material Type | Wool | | Maximum Gap Fill | 7 Inches | | Model Number | CA045 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | UPC | 708747939859 700115980210 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Chimney Sheep - **Colour:** Grey - **Material:** Wool - **Maximum gap fill:** 7 Inches - **Number of Packs:** 1 ## Images ![Chimney Sheep 8 x 20 Inch Wool Chimney Draught Excluder & Blocker - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/712wirgmeJL.jpg) ![Chimney Sheep 8 x 20 Inch Wool Chimney Draught Excluder & Blocker - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/410hV1rLJAL.jpg) ![Chimney Sheep 8 x 20 Inch Wool Chimney Draught Excluder & Blocker - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41+wRwTadIL.jpg) ![Chimney Sheep 8 x 20 Inch Wool Chimney Draught Excluder & Blocker - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51yh+J-R7YL.jpg) ![Chimney Sheep 8 x 20 Inch Wool Chimney Draught Excluder & Blocker - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41cydXmW3wL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Chimney Sheep CA045 Chimney Draught Excluder, 7" x 19", Grey, Pack of 1 - 2025 Update 6" Extended Roof Bracket Kit, Adjustable Extended Roof Brace for Securing 6" Diameter Stove Pipe, Providing Stability to The Chimney Against Wind and Snow - Fasteners Plus #4 EPDM Roof Flashing Boot Kit, Fits Pipe Diameters 2-3/4" - 7" Wide, Includes Square Metal Roof Pipe Flashing, NovaFlex Sealant and Roofing Stitch Screws, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/50740646-chimney-sheep-8-x-20-inch-wool-chimney-draught-excluder](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/50740646-chimney-sheep-8-x-20-inch-wool-chimney-draught-excluder) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
