I've been chomping down the standard offerings which all claim they survive the gut for a year now with no improvement whatsoever. A week of these spore probiotics and my guts are the best they have been for years! The spores are about twice the price of standard probiotics but it only took a week to get real improvement, it would of been a much cheaper option in hindsight.
