If you are not feeling well, you can bring a long some medication without bring a huge pill bottle or box. I dropped 2 large oval shaped pills and 4 round pills into the bottom section and still had room for an equal amount in the top, so put in a single pill wrapper. This allows for 4 different medications in a small container. It feels like a high quality build, of aluminum, and also seems water tight.
