Additionally, they prevent limescale, ensuring long-lasting system performance. The GROHE Blue Pure tap is a great choice for anyone who loves the fresh taste of water. This tap is designed to work seamlessly with GROHE Blue filters, which are available in sizes S, M and L. These filters reduce unpleasant odours and the amount of impurities often found in local tap water, improving the taste of your water and reducing the effects of limescale on your home. We advise you to choose a filter based on the hardness level of your local water supply. Your solution for hard water areas Hard water areas have a high mineral content which affects the taste of your tap water and causes more limescale build up. The S, M & L Size filters use a combination of filtration process to remove impurities like chlorine and other particles from the water – while retaining all the important minerals that benefit your health. Your solution for soft water areas If you live in a soft-water area, the activated carbon filter is right for you. Soft water areas have a lower mineral content than hard water areas but can still contain impurities like chlorine which still effect the taste and smell of your local tap water. The activated carbon filter improves the taste of your water by reducing these impurities but leaves the carbonate levels in the water untouched. For great taste and health benefits For the best taste and health benefits, the Magnesium + Zinc filter is the ideal choice. It adds up to 35 mg Magnesium and up to 3 mg Zinc to each litre of water, helping you get enough of these essential minerals while delivering the best tasting tea and coffee possible. Do you just twist the old one and screw in the new one (and reset the electronic counter?)** A: Yes, just unscrew the old filter, no need to turn the water off as the filter head has a non return valve inside, then simply screw new filter in, you will get hiss as the filter pressurises as you screw the last few threads, only tighten hand tight! Then flush through about 3 litres, it will splutter a bit as it gets the air out. Then reset your counter. **Q: How often does the filter need to be changed.** A: Hi Flossy, this Filter is for a capacity of 600 liters.Kind regardsJenny Hetkamp and the KILEAN team **Q: Can I still use the boiling water and hot and cold water without resetting new filter?** A: I feel you need to ask Grohe 😀. I use only Grohe red for boiling water. Therefore only reset once I have changed the filter! I use hot and cold water as I would normally. **Q: I have a grohe blue 600 the filter that has arrived is a lot smaller. will it still work or should i reorder?** A: It should work, ours did. It just appears to be smaller but does the same job and of course takes up less room. Best of luck, I accept no liability if it is not up to your expectations. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 September 2026* Highly quality as usual from grohe ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick replacement *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 29 May 2019* Very easy to replace used up cartridge with the new one. I wasn't sure if I need to shut off mains water supply but in the end it just needs untwisting the old filter and replace with new unit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Expensive but you have little choice *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 30 January 2024* Have used a number of these Grohe cartridges for my boiling water tap. I have tried all sizes as they are interchangeable. They do the job well, but are expensive. Please make sure that you double check that the sealing gasket is seated correctly before you screw the cartridge on as you will get a leak if it is not seated correctly ## Frequently Bought Together - Grohe 40430001 Blue 5-Stage Replacement Water Filter 396.25 Gallon Capacity - GROHE 40914000 Blue Cleaning Cartridge - GROHE 40694000 Blue Cleaning Cartridge Adapter --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/50307704-grohe-blue-m-filter-cartridge-capacity-1500-litre-40430001](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/50307704-grohe-blue-m-filter-cartridge-capacity-1500-litre-40430001) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
