A: Yes. All necessary hardware is included.

**Q: Does this come as a pair or just one?**
A: They come as a pair with all of the hardware to mount them. I have been riding these for the last two years. They are spectacular!!!

**Q: Is "Color 2" pink or red?**
A: Can't remember the color description I got but my grips are red if they are the same ones you are asking about

**Q: The description says these are 10 inches long unless I’ve read incorrectly.  Are they really 10 inches?**
A: Maybe if there both put together. But one grip is not 10 inches.
