I had to buy two different sizes, though. One was too loose, but barely. One was too tight, but barely. Still, I really like both. There is some kind of rubbery stuff on the cuffs, top and bottom, to keep it in place. The too big one slips a little. The smaller one does not slip. I do not wear it in the shower. It is not waterproof.
