Especially 15?** A: Because they actually last about 1 year. I have these on a daylight sensor that would turn the string on at about dusk every night and then off when the sun came up. I got just under 11 months out of them =o( **Q: What is the amperage for these lights** A: I had to return them because they were not working in my light chain that has conventional bulbs. I don't remember what the indicated amperage was. But you can calculate: Watts divided by Volts = Ampere. So, if it is a 2W bulb at 110V you have around 0.018 Amps per bulb.
