Q: Does this helmet have a compatible pinlock insert?

Yeah it does, it fits the vcan v-151 pinlock insert they sell them on ebay or more than likely your local bike shop as vcan are popular and common helmets,

Q: How is sizing, i'm 58 head, will i need m or large, thank you !

I ordered “L” as Im 56 head and feels a bit loose but not bad. With winter balaclava it fits perfect. To you it should be ok as you are 2cm bigger. Im usually M but ordered L by purpose as my other helmet “MT Helmets” is M which is tight on my head and if I put winter mask will be like Head press. This does not mean “MIDA” M will be the same as its different brand /like clothes - same size on the label but actual size is different/. My advice is buy LARGE. If you don't feel it ok you can always swap it for another one.

Q: Does it have cut outs for headsets to be installed?

There's little gaps in the foam padding where your ears sit, I don't know if it was intentional design but you can more than likely fit the Bluetooth headset ear pieces in there nicely
