I have used this on stepper motors, encoders, canbus systems, modbus rtu decoding and re-pagaging using custom software.I initially bought for work then ended up buying a few for personal use at home to decide some one-line comms from diesel heaters!The function list is great, and the scaling is always set pretty good with little adjustment needed.Good tool for anything from casual DIY to industrial communication reverse engineering. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Picoscope 2004A *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 May 2024* Although this is the entry level 2004A Picoscope it is small fairly powerful piece of testing equipment at a reasonable price. Have yet to come to terms in using the instrument to find its full capacity of monitoring signals of control circuits in the cars electrics. .Have obtained the downloaded information from Picoscope website which gives good explanations and different test to learn the operation and practical test experience in using the scope, this is very useful to use and learn and full credit to the company for their foresight in supplying this relevant information via Picoscope seven program that can be used on a PC.
