I have a friend with the same amp as me and this sub https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q84K9N8/?coliid=I2CYQM6MPBQL8N&colid=3QGLRBAV7B9YB&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it and it is way better. **Q: How many watts for an amplifier work best for this woofer?** A: I've seen a lot of videos on YouTube they're running an Alpine m110 1100 watt Mono Amplifier. 12 in Alpine Type R D4 subwoofers our best sounding if you run the 4 Ohms Bridge those down to 2 ohms and then Bridge those down to one into the amp and you'll get 1100 Watts RMS but in order to get 1100 Watts your alternator needs to put out the correct amount of voltage for instance you'll need 14.4 volt for these Subs to work properly and that doesn't include what it takes to run your car like the headlights windshield wipers AC unit/heater Etc.
