Cooks steaks perfectly on the sear plate, chicken cooked on the main grill remains juicy and moist a promised. Still get slightly uneven heat distribution but you learn where the hotter and cooler spots are quite quickly. Better cooking results than a Weber which was nearly 3 times the price.
