AVOID !! *by B***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 October 2019* This machine direct from Amazon looked like it was already used despite it being listed as brand new as when unpacking there was quite literally water all over the machine. We had to dry it all thoroughly before plugging it in to avoid getting electrocuted !! The Latte we made was only luke warm and the coffee tasted VERY weak despite using the same coffee pods that we used to use with our previous MagiMix machine, possibly the machine doesnt get to the correct pressure. Our previous Magimix made coffee hot without resorting to warming the cup up first and it sort of defeats the object of paying for a mid range / price machine which I assumed would be an all in one device when you have to faff around warming your cup up as well before you fill it with coffee. Although I personally don't drink coffee my husband and two boys do and they love the different coffee drinks from this machine. I have used it for Hot Chocolate and Tea and they are great. Really like the fact that the milk is a separate jug that you pour from rather than the milk being automatically added as you can then use what ever mug you like without worrying drink will overflow. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Magnificent and better than my previous machine *by R***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 December 2018* This machine extracts more coffee flavours out of the capsules than did my Nespresso Pixie, I may be wrong but it seems stronger, I use compatible pods from Lidl and Aldi without problems as have used other brands too. The frother seems to work ok on the odd occasions its used.
