Is it possible?** A: I would personally reach out to Fellow for accurate details on this subject. **Q: Does the anti-static technology actually work, or is this a gimmick?** A: It does… HOWEVER the informational YouTube videos from Fellow describe how important it is to do routine cleaning. If you skip the cleaning the anti static mechanism loses its’ effectiveness. Keep it clean and you’ll be happy. I always know when it’s time to clean because my coffee station gets covered in coffee grounds after 3-4 weeks. **Q: Can the grinder handle dark roast beans?** A: I ONLY use dark roast ie: oily beans...I have to ust the small brush tool to urge the beans into grinder. This works fine. At first without the urging the grinder would stop - kinda a bummer, but c'est la vie.
