I do like it a lot (a nighttime one), helps to fall asleep with tinnitus. Why is it no longer available?! It is very silly to discontinue such good product. I no longer buy a daily one, it doesn't do anything for me.

I can't say for sure yet that they work great..still using them as I feel they do reduce the annoying all day buzzing / humming sounds. Worth a try. Update: I didn't find any difference from daytime to nighttime med.. but I will say I've been using the daytime liposuction and I feel the work for me. There is an actual reduction of that horrible humming, ringing, swishing sounds I used to have ALL day. It's now cut down to 1/2 to 3/4 of the day I no longer am annoyed by this..That's quite a difference from ALL day! I recommend. Totally your choice on trying nighttime.
