**Q: is this permanant**
A: It's semi permanent. If you dye your hair with a manic panic dye and this the hairdye the colour will fade to pastel then you have a very pale almost white colour when all of the colour has faded. (E.g. if you did it with purple you'd get a bright colours at first that will fade to a pastel purple then remain that way until it's either very pale other until you dye it again)

**Q: Does the steel blue mixed with the pastel give a soft silver colour on bleached white hair**
A: Yes, but you will need a very small amount of colour in relation to pastelizer. Less than a tsp.

**Q: I am looking to achieve a colour of 'paper white' Is this suitable to apply direct to my bleached hair to achieve this?**
A: HI, This is a mixer - so used to mix into other shades to make them pastel shades rather than used directly for white hair.Thanks
