I have an old set of 4.40BT from 2017, the ear pads were so nasty they would peel off my ears and leave behind specks and splotches of the fake leather material on my ears. Bought the mesh fabric option to replace with. Now for installation, it’s not easy. No where near as easy as all the videos make it seem. The band around the edge for the mesh is very firm, not as pliable like videos using fake leather replacement material. Just take your time and you’ll need a plastic tool of some kind. Like a plastic spudger. Unfortunately no tool is included in this purchase. I had one available to me.
