It has a little too little of D3+K2 ( so supplementing the proper form in MCT oil) and no magnesium ( having it separately as 4 in1) but oh well, very little Zinc or selenium for my needs ( better little then none, rest can be added via diet) but defo works . it has strong smell of riboflavin i think and yellow in colour.
