Found it lovely to roll out and use. **Q: Will this cover a 6inch cake?** A: Easily and with plenty left over. **Q: How long after opening can this be used** A: If you open the foil wrapper you need to use pretty immediately (within hours - keep airtight until you do) or freeze it (same as for any sugar paste). I think the expiry date is generally ~6 months (from when I purchased), but you can freeze to make it last longer also.
