Around 10 minutes after getting up, my ear suddenly cleared. I actually heard a small “pop,” and my hearing gradually returned. It does still feel slightly blocked for a few seconds every now and then, but I think that’s just because I need to continue using it for the full effect. Seemed to work well. **Q: Do you have to use a syringe with this product?** A: No, just put the drops into your ears best time to do this is when you go to bed do not try to use any type of syringe on your own see your doctor **Q: can this be used after olive oil has been used ?** A: I'm afraid I can't say. I can only tell you that I was prescribed these bicarb drops at a hospital and they worked wonders. The pharmacist there said using these drops would remove any and all debris in my ear and he was absolutely right. Use them for a few days and then syringe.
