**Q: Why in the description box is the Oxo flexible turner larger than the one that is stated as large flexible  turner? Is this an error? I want to order**
A: The Oxo"s principal virtues are that it is wider than most slices, and it will not melt if subjected to pan heat ( unless the user wilfully leaves it in the pan to cook! It is not an especially long blade. I use it mostly for extricating small fish fillets from the pan. It enables this without breaking up the delicate fillet.

**Q: Is the handle on this item 1071536 the same material as the larger size 1071534?  i.e.   Will the handle melt?**
A: I couldn't answer that.  I never leave it resting in a pan and I cannot imagine why the handle should melt as your hand would be holding it at the time. Never had that problem I'm afraid.

This is a good spatula, the flipping end has some flexibility to it which is what I was looking for, makes it easy to flip items in a sauce pan due to flexibility. It washes well and is a good size. Due to it being silicone type material it doesnt damage the pans
