Review: Very pleased! - Great product, easy to use and it makes great coffee. Replaced our old tassimo with this and I would definitely recommend. Only slight gripe is the design of the steam nozzle which blocks easily and gets dirty because of the small crevices. Not a major issue though, as it’s easy and quick to remove and clean. Overall a great machine and should work out a lot cheaper than buying pods in the long run. I would also buy some of the krups de-scaling sachets as it doesn’t come with any but it does come with 2 cleaning tablets.
Review: Nice Coffee Machine but not suitable for businesses - we have had this machine for 1.5 years and it has now broken/leaking coffee all over. Not suitable really for using in a business, home only I would think. Otherwise it is a good machine and very easy to use.

**Q: Hi, can this machine do only hot water (for teas etc)? Thanks in advance**
A: No, its specifically manufactured to produce coffee bean to cup only

**Q: Does anyone use this to make Americano coffee regularly? I don't drink espresso. Thanks..**
A: To be honest, mine can't even make espresso; For some reason it doesn't grind enough beans, so the water to bean ratio means i'm always making Americano's. Not sure if this is the same with all machines or just mine.

**Q: Is the coffee dispenser height adjustable?**
A: No it’s not and sometimes tall travel mugs will need to be held manually. Most normal cups and mugs are fine.

**Q: What is the difference between normal and strong coffee buttons?? Does it grind more or what?**
A: I believe it does grind more coffee as you can adjust the amount of water separately.  I can notice the difference between the normal and stronger settings with the same amount of water.

Only had this item a clue of weeks but I have found it to be brilliant, really easy to use and does make a great coffee. I cannot think how anyone could find it difficult to set up and use. If this turns out to be as reliable as Krupps say it is then i think you would find it very difficult to get a better machine for the money. I have had some very expensive coffee machines and this stands up well to any of them. As I say if the build quality is as good as the coffee it turns out then you cannot go wrong.
