I even asked before ordering if it was fabric. The best way to describe it, is that it feels like one of those vinyl tablecloths you can buy by pioneer woman or someone. You know the kind where you can wipe the top off, but underneath is made of a cotton batting of some kind to hold it to the table? Yeah, it's like that. So all though that isn't necessary a bad thing bc you can just wipe your pill case clean, it's still however not what I wanted.The zipper, stitching and quality overall appear to be sturdy. The pill cases can hold several pills depending on how many larger pills you have. I like the case much better than the one I was using that is pictured. I didn't like how it would hurt my finger tips to try and open the cases for each day when refilling the whole thing. The cases with this product are much easier. The pill cases are a different color for every day of the week with the day imprinted. There is a morning side and an evening side so you don’t have to separate them manually.Each pill case snaps tightly and the actual case has a zipper around it, making it impossible to spill and break open, as sometimes happens with other pill cases. I bought 2 for a 2 week trip but decided to use them all the time.
