First to start with the good, this product really cools the bed unlike the other two it is very effective. Now with the bad the product quality on this $1300 machine is garbage. The first unit I received made a subtle but constant and distinct electrical whine sound all night. The replacement machine does the same. With the two separated areas we can have our preferred temperature.There are minor issues I came across during the first few days, for some reason I had to pull the power for ~30 seconds to get them back online, this could be a software update that didn't handle starting up correctly again. Also after some power outs they go to bluetooth pairing for some time which means they don't jump back onto Wifi.
