Alpine Rivers RFID Blocking Sleeves - Colour Original Four-layer shielding, verified at 13.56 MHz. Slip your credit, debit and ID cards inside and contactless readers are blocked at the checkout, on transit and in a crowd. What is in the pack. 18 pieces: 14 card sleeves - 6 black, 4 red, 4 brown checkered - and 4 passport sleeves - 2 black, 1 red, 1 brown checkered. How they load. All 14 card sleeves are top-load, taking the card in through the short top edge. Each card sleeve has a thumb notch so the card comes out cleanly when you need to tap, then slides back in. Protection with a pedigree. In 2016 our RFID blocking material passed the US government FIPS 201 standard and joined the GSA Approved Products List (#1424). We have been shielding cards since 2015. Built to last. The shielding film is sealed inside a durable four-layer laminate that stays slim and light in a wallet and keeps working from the first day through years of use. Cards and wallet shown are not included.

Review: Make sure your card is protected - I bought the ones that gave me a choice of top entry or side entry. I have only used the top entry at the moment because this type fit into my card holder without having to take the card and the protector out when using the card. At first glance I thought the protector would not work very well and would soon fall apart. So far they have proved to work very well and although they look very flimsy as I keep it in my plastic card holder looks like it will last, only time will tell. I am pleased with the purchase as it seems to give the protection I required and fits into my card holder without any adjustment.

I bought the ones that gave me a choice of top entry or side entry. I have only used the top entry at the moment because this type fit into my card holder without having to take the card and the protector out when using the card. At first glance I thought the protector would not work very well and would soon fall apart. So far they have proved to work very well and although they look very flimsy as I keep it in my plastic card holder looks like it will last, only time will tell. Loved the different colourways provided so that you could identify your cards easily and they were a perfect fit inside my purse, making it easy to get my cards in and out when needed. They were in two different formats, so I have some left over but will share with my husband/son, so good value too. The passport holders will be useful to. Only time will tell whether they work effectively against card cloning but I am confident my data is safer after this purchase.
