I initially bought 3 months supply, which was very promptly delivered. Although the tablets are a little large, I find them very easy to swallow. I now already have my second 3 months supply which was aslo very promptlty delivered. This is about the fourth variety I have used and I like these best. As a vegetarian, I try to avoid gelatine capsules as these are generally bovine based, whilst Vision Defender is compressed powder.
