However, after 5 to 6 months, I started noticing internet connectivity issues. My devices would keep disconnecting here and there. Sometimes, I would have no internet for 30 minutes. I rebooted my Orbi multiple times, but nothing worked. I also checked firmware updates, and nothing came up. I reached out to NETGEAR and they started assisting me. I went from level 1 support to 2. We ran multiple diagnosis and test and we couldn’t figure out what the issue was. My issue kept persisting even after all the test and diagnosis that they decided to send me a new router.
