While the comforter is thin (I live in Central Texas so this is not an issue when it is as hot as the seventh layer of Hades during the summer), it is soft, the stitching is well done, and washes well. The colors have stayed vibrant so far and with some spray and wash blood came right out of it. It is hard to find a cute, well made comforter set for a king bed under $80+ these days, and this one fits the bill.
