The picture looks like the mask has a buckle for adjustment rather than velcro.** A: NO! The buckles are absolutely AWFUL for side sleepers! I cannot wear this otherwise lovely sleep mask because of the buckles. They drive me crazy! The mask is unwearable because of the buckles. If I never turned from one side to the other, this would be OK, however, I DO turn over, and the buckle pain wakes me up. Do not buy if you're a side sleeper! **Q: Is this a good fit for someone with very narrow, tall and thin face? Would alaska bear 1 strap sleep mask fit better then this? Or other sleep mask?** A: Amir, all I can say is that with the single strap one, when I tightened it, that made the top and bottom flare out a bit and put pressure of course down the middle which is over the eyes, the flaring of the bottom of the mask let some light in. With the two strap, I don't have these problems. Hope this helps.
