You'll receive all of the fresh spices and recipe cards you need to cook a spectacular curry PLUS all the savoury side dishes - naan breads, chutneys, rice, vegetables etc - to feed four. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to cook a curry better than your favourite restaurant standards from your own kitchen. Savour the beautiful aromas of a biryani, admire the complex yet subtle tangy flavours of a bhuna or indulge in a luxurious and mild pasanda with friends and family around your own dining room table.The first box can be sent to yourself (or the recipient), and includes a voucher to be redeemed online for boxes 2 and 3 (to be sent direct to the recipient at the end of each month). The boxes are designed to fit through a letterbox so no need to be home for deliveries 2 and 3.All the boxes include approx. seven or eight bags of spices measured out to make a meal for four people - ONE BOX WITH ONE FULL MEAL PER MONTH. These boxes contain whole dried spices, freshly ground spices and handmade spice blends that are all carefully measured out to make fantastic recipes. You need to add easily available fresh ingredients (onion, garlic, chicken, tomatoes etc), plus a couple of store cupboard basics to complete the recipes. The spices have best before dates of up to 12 months so will keep well in a cool dry place until needed. The recipient can even check each month which recipes are coming up, and switch their box to any of the 8-10 available each month so they'll always get something they love to cook!
