The planner is designed for a 5-day work week and has a weekly planning and weekly review section for each week. :) **Q: What do you do if a task takes less than one pomodoro to complete?** A: Hi if you go by the original book (The Pomodoro Technique by Francesco Cirillo) it says you should use the remainder of the time to review or repeat what you have done rather than starting a new task and make small improvements or note down what you have learned. You should also use your common sense though and if you finish something in five minutes and really it was already finished in the previous pomodoro you can ignore it and not mark it as a pomodoro at all. From experience I would say that some tasks such as emails or quick telephone calls can be bundled together as one task (pomodoro). **Q: Is this planner bound with Leather or a PU alternative?** A: It doesn't look (or smell) like leather. It is a nice material though.
