It hasn’t failed me yet. Completely deaf to completely clear in three days. Sometimes it works immediately but other times you clear a bit so the drops can get the next bit and then syringe again a day later. I wouldn’t syringe more than once a day and best to have a few days of drops first to soften everything before using the syringe.
