Product Description Lucas transmission fix is a non-solvent formula that stops slip, hesitation and rough shifting in worn transmissions and completely eliminates most seal leaks. Use in any transmission for preventative maintenance. Use also in light duty manual transmissions to increase shifting ease and transmission life. Add to existing transmission fluid with engine warm and idling or with fluid change. A second bottle may be necessary in larger or badly worn transmissions. Smaller transmissions use 355 ml. Review: Some kind of black magic?! - My 18 year old Lexus started jerking, or even slamming between gears. It's an automatic and had always been silky smooth, I thought it might be time for the scrap yard. I had heard about this Lucas product and thought well it's only a few quid, what have I got to lose? The gearbox oil in my car was not low so we drained 3 litres out, added this Lucas product along with the some fresh gear oil. When I started driving it again, it was improved straight away, but as time went on, it got better and better and after a few journeys, the gearbox was back to its old self, silky smooth and no more jerky changes. I don't know how this stuff works but it does.

**Q: Can i put this in a range rover transmission?**
A: i don't know for sure. i do know they hava a big automatic transmission so it needs more fluid. By the way, My problem got solved but not very long (6 months) . It started doing the same thing again but it didn't let me bother me because i was going to buy another car as soon the old rover died.  Good luck.

**Q: is this suitable for 1969 rover p5b auto bw35box**
A: Lucas state that this is good for all auto boxes, but check on their website and with the p5 owners club, I have used lucas products for over thirty years and had no issues, I currently run a 30 year old saab that has lucas products used in it at every service.

**Q: My Toyota Hiace is occasionally slipping out of first gear, when slowing down, so not very often. Will this product help?**
A: Have you had your transmission fluid changed? This could be the cause!!! Or maybe a solenoid switch. You need your transmission checked out or the potential damage can be costly. I would start with transmission fluid change 1st. Hope this helps.

**Q: Could you use this in a BMW 118d rear differential?**
A: Doubt it.

VW 5speed tiptronic 09a transmision was having clutch lock when i sttoped on the ocation after fitting the Lucas Oil Treatment and after around 6weeks the gearbox has improved with better gear changing and the clutch locking has been less frequent.
