It is good and very safe to try. **Q: How long can you keep using this product once opened?** A: I wondered about this too. I emailed Xlear to find out. Here is their answer: "If you are using the 1.5oz bottle, then there is a backflow preventor in the pump that does not allow anything to be pulled into the nozzle or bottle, so you are safe to use it until the bottle is empty, as the product should not go bad. Just please make sure to keep the nozzle clean after each use. If you are using the .75 oz squeeze bottle, then the nozzle doesn’t have a backflow preventor, and things from the nose can be pulled back into the bottle if you don’t pull the nozzle out of your nose before it inflates again. If you feel this may have happened while using, we would recommend throwing it out. If not, you can continue to use until empty. Wow the benefits of xylitol!*Not paid this is just what I swear by now*Background:I have had sinus issues for YEARS! Seen doctors, been on steroids nasal sprays etc. Gone to bed with an ice pack and hot water bottle so I can tell you I know the struggle.This spray has helped so much I've recommended it to people I know.
