I would definitely recommend following the instructions supplied with the bottle rather than copying somebody else’s routine.The instructions state to dilute 1 drop of the 5% Lugol’s solution into 60 drops of water and then take 2 drops of that diluted mixture per day. I found it useful to prepare the dilution in a small brown bottle with a pipette, which makes it much easier to handle.Overall, I’m happy with the product. The bottle is small, but you only use a very small amount at a time, and the bulb pipette makes measuring the drops straightforward.With something like iodine, I think the important thing is not to treat it like an ordinary supplement where you simply take more because you think it might be beneficial.
