It can hold any size golf bag id say, I have a large tour bag and it fits perfect. Has straps for the bottom and the top, the top also has a slight adjustable width bracket to fit large bags. It has a couple tee holders next to the handle with a bottle holder, scorecard holder, a magnetic flap which you can hold 2 golf balls, a elastic strap to hold a mobile phone, I have an S8 and it fitted, but I would just throw it in there loose if I take golf balls out. Below the push handle there is some netting to hold a fair few golf balls or other bits. A pencil holder on the flap door. My purchase came with a free masters umbrella adaptor which screws on to the right hand side of the handle which is great. Easy to install everything, easy to fold down and collapse, very lightweight and you can remove the 2 main wheels castle free. So glad i bought this trolley, and the company I bought from were very efficient on delivering item before my estimated arrival days, by 2 days! Only small criticism is that the utility holder by the handle is a little small and doesn't fit my card holder.
