The first pump worked fine, but after that it just seems to pump air. I then had to shake the Toppik Hair Fibres container quite vigorously to get the fibres moving again before the next pump would work. So it’s now a shake, pump, shake, pump every time I use it. This has made the application process frustrating and quite messy. It’s not the smooth, precise application I had seen in product videos. I’m now back to using the Shaker Applicator that comes with the fibres as this is much more reliable and straightforward to use.
