The stated times seem to be wrong with six hours on and eighteen off. Turning them on at 5 (17:00) they ran until about 11 (23:00). A control on the back cycles through three speeds, and two brightness, with one fading between two pairs of the LED lamps the other with all four on constant. The fading effect producing disappearing snowflakes but slightly dimmer. Both conditions look good. They are white and white only which is what we wanted.
