**Q: What is the shelf life for this product?**
A: As far as being in the fridge I don't know but I have had mine In the plastic pouch With a bag clip closing it. I've had mine in there for about 2 months Until it was gone. If it's closed good With least amount of air in IT should be fine for a long time.

Delicious!! One of my fave foods are the sesame balls from my local Chinese restaurant and I really wanted to learn how to make them myself. This worked perfectly and I actually liked the finer texture of this paste more than the restaurant one :)
