**Q: Is it the same as Prote Food**
A: Sorry.  I've never heard of Prote Food.

**Q: what is it taken for?**
A: I take one tablet daily as a nursing mother to help my baby with teething. When they teeth, their salivary glands become inflamed and can cause pain. Since taking this, my baby has handled teething much easier!

**Q: Does this have to be chewed?**
A: No, it is best if it is swallowed

gave it to a dog with reoccuring gland infection, this product in my opinion healed her gland so she didnt have to have a 4000.00 surgery
